HR Generalist (All Genders) – with a focus on temporary employment (ANÜ)

• Holistic management of all HR processes: recruitment, contract management, personnel administration, employee support
• Independent management and handling of processes in the area of temporary employment: recruitment, contract drafting, legally compliant deployment planning
• Recruitment of technical specialists, especially for industry – ideally with experience in the aviation sector
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, especially in the context of temporary employment: equal pay, maximum assignment duration, etc.
• Monitoring of costs and performance of temporary employees
• Interface and contact person for employees, customers and internal teams
• Preparation of variable remuneration components for payroll accounting
• Support and personnel management of our internal engineering team
• Active maintenance and development of customer relationships

• Several years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally with a focus on temporary employment (ANÜ)
• Very good knowledge of German labour law and the legal provisions governing temporary employment
• Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage
• Experience with the Pontoon platform is desirable
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Strong communication skills, organisational talent and service orientation
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
