DERICHEBOURG aeronautics services wins new work packages with Airbus Atlantic

By winning two tenders at the end of 2022 and beginning of 2023 on the Montoir-de-Bretagne and Toulouse sites, the DERICHEBOURG Multiservices subsidiary is integrating new activities historically held by the competition.

On the Toulouse Final Assembly Line, two work packages were won in quality control and technical support on the A320/A321 OSW (OutSanding Works). The outstanding works take care of the repair of broken or non-compliants elements in order to free up the customer for its main activity, which is being hampered by these degraded situations. The outstanding works cover all Airbus programmes, all components and all trades, making it an interesting and comprehensive service. This 3-year contract, estimated at €1 million per year, will enable the recruitment of 15 new people.

In Montoir-de-Bretagne, the tender won concerns the renewal of the A320 perimeter on the Polaris building (oriented towards the outstanding works: breakage, missing parts...) but also an extension of production on the Salsa building (standard work). This 3-year contract, estimated at €6 million per year, will result in an increase in the number of employees by 20 people in order to meet the client’s growth objectives.

Here, as elsewhere, Airbus' confidence is measured by the services with which we

are entrusted. These new contracts allow us to gain in volume of services and to expand our activities. It is also a great showcase allowing Derichebourg aeronautics services to reach out to new sites and customers, whether aerospace or not (defence, rail, naval, etc.).
